Make sure both the bottles have date of sample collection on them. Enclose bottles in separate ziplock bags, place both of them in the bubble wrap envelop provided, seal it and place this bag in large UPS or Fedex laboratory pak. Place any money order (if not paid) in it. Enclose a self addressed envelope. Seal the laboratory pak by removing adhesive tape.
NOTE: DO NOT PUT REFRIGERATOR ICE OR DRY ICE IN THE PACKAGE. IT WILL START LEAKING AND WILL BE DELAYED BY COURIER.
It is good to track the package with the courier to make sure it is delivered in time.
We report the result within 1 day of receipt of fee and sample. Customer should ensure that she gets report directly from us.
