Your credit card information would be needed to credit $25.00 to your account, since for security reasons, our payment processing system deletes the card number after few days. This way, we do not have to put effort in locating this information.

This credit will be sent immediately after the new customer submits her urine sample to us. In cases where one customer is claimed to be referred by two persons, the benefit will go to the first person claiming it. In case of inaccurate report, when proven, our refund policy would stay as it is. The referral credits made as per this plan would be for the customer to keep.
