INTRODUCTION

Men have 50-50% mixed suspension of X and Y-chromosome bearing sperm which actually ‘determine’ the gender. We believe that eggs may also have a role in the viability of the fetus based on gender. In other words, it is the egg which decides whether a fetus will continue to term or not.

Through our research studies, we have observed a strong relationship between a female’s egg and the sexual orientation of the baby as well. This leads us to believe that there are two types of female eggs. We further observed that when conception occurs with one type, it is much more likely to yield a viable male fetus, while the other type is more likely to yield a viable female fetus. As such, we collect the urine sample mid-cycle in order to determine the type of egg the female has ovulated.

We are the first to observe that eggs must have a role in ‘influencing the expression of X or Y chromosomes’ by providing suitable biochemical environment. For simplicity, let’s name the eggs rich in the biochemical components compatible for Y chromosome as positive and other as negative. (Please note, we are not talking about positive or negative electronic charges as touted by others). This leaves us with four possibilities or combinations:

Simplified explanation of the table:
Combination 1. If a positive egg is fertilized by a Y chromosome bearing sperm, it is a perfect combination. The needed sexual transformation to a boy will occur properly. This fetus would complete its term and would be delivered as a healthy boy.

Combination 2. If a positive egg is fertilized by an X chromosome bearing sperm, genetically it is a girl but due to incompatibility, there is about 80% chance that it would be dissolved or naturally miscarried at a later stage. Such a girl, if delivered, would likely have male tendencies such as aggressiveness in nature, more athletic, etc.

Combination 3. If a negative egg is fertilized by a Y chromosome bearing sperm, genetically it should be a boy but due to incompatibility, there is about 80% chance that it would be dissolved or naturally miscarried at a later stage. Such a boy, if delivered, would be relatively less aggressive in nature than a boy of Combination 1.

Combination 4. If a negative egg is fertilized by an X chromosome bearing sperm, it is a perfect combination. This fetus would complete its term and would be delivered as a healthy girl.

Thus, if one can know the type of egg in a particular cycle, the chances of conceiving a desired gender can be as high as 80%. In simple words, if a couple wishes to plan for a baby girl, they should try conception in a month when the egg is negative (i.e. deficient in the required biochemical environment). Similarly, if a couple wish to plan for a baby boy, they should try conception in a month when the egg is positive (i.e. rich in the required biochemical environment).

The most intriguing point is that unlike sperms, the eggs are not mixed and they are separate. In about 70% women, the type of egg should alternate each cycle. By testing two samples by us, one can know the pattern and from where to start. If the test indicates an alternating pattern, no additional test is needed. If more positives are observed, not much can be done. If more negatives are seen, the pattern can be normalized through diet and exercise. In latter case additional tests may be needed. The profound effect of diet and exercise can be felt from the fact that pure vegetarian, overweight, and/or bulky women tend to yield more negative eggs in a year and as a result have more girls, whereas slim and/or non-vegetarian women tend to have more positive eggs in a year and have more boys.

This concept has not been proven or backed by any scientific body. Also, no large scale clinical trials have been performed. We do not know the exact nature of the compounds involved but the difference is strikingly clear and this thery is working. In the year we performed preconception test on 70 cases. 21 families got the conception in the cycle as advised by us. Surprisingly, 20 of them got whatever gender they wanted. Theoretically, we expected 80% success rate but this is beyond our imagination. This has led us to even say ‘if you can assure conception, we can assure you the gender you want’.

How does it work?
When one places the order for this service, we mail a set of two sample collection tubes along with one prepaid and approved return shipping bag. The customer collects urine samples at the time of ovulation for the first month in one tube and for next month in second tube. Both tubes are stored in freezer till they are shipped together to us. This way the comparison is better and gender planning can be effective.

For better results, in-vitro fertilization (IVF) can be streamlined with this test. That is, one can go for IVF when the egg is according to the desired gender. The IVF centers have low conception rate simply due to the fact that they do not know if the egg is compatible for the planned gender or not. A mis-combination gets dissolved right in the petri-dish or immediately after the attempt and customer is asked to repeat the procedure.

How to collect samples for preconception test?
Upon receiving an order from you over the phone or this website, we will send you a package with the items listed below:

A copy of our brochure and "Customer Agreement & Report Card"
Two 30 ml sample collection tube with a boric acid preservative tablet in it. (Customers outside USA will receive two preservative tablets only. They should have these tablet handy before collecting sample. They can buy urine sample collection bottles from local pharmacy and add one tablet to each bottle before collecting sample. Mail these bottles to us.)
One dropper for transferring sample from any disposable container to this tube. (Customers outside USA can use a small plastic spoon instead)
One absorbent pad and one ziploc bag. (if the absorbant pad is missing, place some paper napkins)
A diagnostic sample mailing bag with airway bill pasted on it.

First: Carefully read the brochure from the website and / or call 313 574 7500 for clarification.
Second: Fill out the 'Customer Agreement & Report Card'. It is important that this form is completely filled out and the woman should sign it. The address must be written clearly, otherwise the report will be delayed. If paid by credit card, the card holder or any close relative must also sign to authorize the transaction.
Third: Customers from outside USA should sign the airbill as sender. Keep the first copy for your records.

CAUTION: PLEASE DO NOT LET CHILDREN PLAY WITH ANY ITEM OF THE PACKAGE AS IT MAY CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES WHICH MAY BE DANGEROUS. PLEASE ARRANGE FOR GLOVES, IF NEEDED.

For the purpose of this test, a menstrual cycle is from start to start and we need only one day’s sample. If you are taking some medicines, it would better to take them after collecting the sample.

Women with a regular 28 day menstrual cycle:
Find the date of start of previous menstrual cycle, add 13 days to it and collect early morning urine sample on 14th day. Pick-up three droppers full (or two spoons full) and drop in one of sample collection tube. Cap the tube and wrap it with aluminum foil, place it in a zip lock bag, seal it and store in freezer. Whenever you go to bathroom next time, collect additional three droppers full (or two spoons full) in the same tube, wrap it with foil again, seal it in the same zip lock bag and store in freezer. Let it remain there till next month. (if any of family members mind the sample in freezer, you may remove the tube after two hours of freezing and store in a closet at room temperature)

In the following month, collect sample as above in the second tube and store in freezer for at least two hours. Now you are ready to ship both the tubes together in one shipping bag provided. We provide report the same day we receive the sample, by phone or email. Please call us at 313 574 7500. As a policy, we do not call anyone.

Women with irregular menstrual cycles:
You will need to buy ovulation prediction kits (OPKs) from local pharmacy. Collect samples as above when that kit shows positive result.

DISCLOSURE: Note that the pre-conception gender prediction is still undergoing research. Urobiologics, LLC does not support any type of gender selection. This test's intended use is for well-informed family planning only, and is not offered to customers in India, China, and State of New York.

How to Mail Samples:

Check that your address is there on the airway bill pasted on the FEDEX or UPS bag. Remove the first copy for your record.
Both the sample tubes must be wrapped with aluminum foil. Place the tube in a zip lock bag and seal it. Place it in the shipping box.
Insert the shipping box in 'Diagnostic Specimen Envelop'.
Enclose the signed agreement, self addressed envelope, and the appropriate money order, if not paid, in a separate ziploc bag, and seal it. Place it in the bag. Remove the masking tape and close the bag. You may drop the package in appropriate courier’s drop box. (Attention customers from outside USA: The address label on the return bag has three copies of commercial invoice under it. Please sign all the three forms as well as the address label. We provide you those forms but it is better to visit the FEDEX or UPS office, as the case may be, and personally handover the package to them to avoid any delay.)

NOTE: DO NOT PUT REFRIGERATOR ICE OR DRY ICE IN THE PACKAGE. IT WILL START LEAKING AND WILL BE DELAYED BY COURIER.

It is good to track the package with the courier to make sure it is delivered in time.

We report the result within 4 days of receipt of fee and sample.
