Our slogan:
"You ensure pregnancy, we ensure gender"
Economical and social constraints compel most married couples to have a small and balanced family with two children, one of each gender. Due to lack of any guiding technology until now, they continued producing children in desire of getting at least one baby of opposite gender. Populous countries like China and India even enforce or spend significant resources to educate public about the importance of small families. The advantages include better education and employment for parents and kids, relatively happier families with lesser domestic violence, spousal abuse, crimes, thefts and burglaries. If this policy is adopted on a global scale, countries will have stable economies with happiness and prosperity all around.
We have opened new frontiers in human and animal reproductive physiology which every women, ob/gyn physician, fertility expert must know. It's about time to seriously listen to us. We have significant data to actually prove that women have equal role in gender formation probably by influencing the expression of sex chromosomes from male partner. According to us the ovulation process creates two biochemical environments in the uterus, usually alternating in consecutive menstrual cycle and one environment is more conducive to a male conception and the other to female one. We are specializing in identifying those environments by testing preconception midcycle urine and are actually helping families get the baby of their desired gender with a success rate of 80%. (Please see the case studies below)
Our confidence is so high that we are popularizing our slogan: ‘you ensure conception, we ensure gender’. Based on this confidence, US as well as International patents have been filed and more are on way. Now, one can plan for a desired gender naturally before pregnancy and know the gender of the baby immediately after pregnancy. No medicine or any supplement is sold or recommended for, at or against any stage of this test because the system is designed to use women’s natural potential.
We are also the earliest in the world to detect the gender of the baby as soon as one can do the pregnancy test with around 95% accuracy.
At the time of rupture of follicle, apart from release of egg, a hormone rich solution is also released which coates the uterus and may prepare it for conception of a baby of specific gender. The biochemical composition of this follicular fluid changes in every cycle. At one time it may be rich in testosterone and in next cycle it may be rich in estrogens. Consequently the biochemical environment in the uterus may be conducive to either a girl conception in one cycle or to that of a boy in other. Only recently, we have been able to find that difference by testing midcycle urine. We test midcycle urine samples for two months to know the pattern of ovulation and provide full plan as to when to conceive, along with few tips as to how to conceive. This way, women can confidently plan the baby of their choice.
Here are some examples to show the power of this concept:

Now, here is some new information for in-vitro fertilization centers to digest. IVF centers charge between $15,000 to $25,000 for separating the X and Y sperms and for injecting desired sperms in eggs but they do not know in what environment they are implanting it. If the environment in the uterus is not compatible (which ONLY we can tell), the combination or the fetus won't continue and women get their next periods and are asked to repay for next try. This is the reason for their low success rate (usually 25% to 37%). If IVF centers route their customers through us and inject desired sperms in the right environment, their success rate will go up. It is time that IVF centers agree to this and guide their customers appropriately. Sooner or later THEY WOULD HAVE TO adopt our technique.
In our case, the sperm selection is done automatically by the reproductive environment itself. If fertility is not a problem, the chances of getting the baby of desired gender is near 80% (far better than IVF).
We were the first to initiate this work in 1984 and sent for publication to Medical Hypotheses in 1988 simply to make a record of it. At the time, we did not want to publish it as the methods were not perfect.
We were amazed to find that between 2005 and 2008 there have been several publications in the medical field to substantiate our vision. Here are some of them with relevant abstracted information placed next to it for convenience:
1) M. Perret, "Relationship between urinary estrogen levels before conception and sex ratio at birth in a primate, the gray mouse lemur," 2005: Human Reproduction, vol 20 (6), 1504-1510). In primates, including humans, bias of sex ratio at birth has been reported to depend on maternal condition at conception. It was hypothesized to be related to changes in hormonal state at ovulation. Direction of sex ratio was significantly dependent on Estradiol levels during follicular phase. Reduced estradiol levels prior to estrus led to male biased litters. This suggests a sex selective sperm selection at conception time. Please copy and paste the following link to read more about this study, which supports our hypothesis: http://humrep.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/deh802v1
2) Grant V. J. et al., "Sex of Bovine Embryos may be Related to Mother’s Preovulatory Follicular Testosterone," 2008, Biology of Reproduction. Jan. Issue). A higher level of follicular testosterone is associated with a greater likelihood of conceiving a male. In a study (n=171) follicular testosterone level were significantly higher for subsequently male embryos. This study observed that a bovine egg that developed in follicular fluid with high concentration of testosterone were significantly more likely to be fertilized by Y-chromosome bearing spermatozoa. It was further observed that although the gender of the offspring in mammals is commonly viewed as a matter of chance (depending on whether an X- or a Y-chromosome-bearing sperm reaches the egg first), evolutionary biologists have shown that offspring sex ratios are often significantly related to maternal dominance, a characteristic which has been shown to be linked to testosterone in female mammals, including humans. Hence we hypothesized that variations in female testosterone might be related to reproductive mechanisms associated with sex determination, with higher levels of follicular testosterone being associated with a greater likelihood of conceiving a male. Please copy and paste the following link to read more about this study, which supports our hypothesis: http://www.biolreprod.org/content/78/5/812.abstract?ck=nck
3) Greenspan F.S. et al., " Basic and Clinical Andrology" 4th edition. London: Prentice Hall; 1994: 426-431). This text claims that human female follicular fluid has 10,000 to 30,000 times more testosterone than that in blood.
When one places the order for this service, we mail a set of two sample collection tubes along with one prepaid and approved return shipping bag. The customer collects urine samples at the time of ovulation for the first month in one tube and for next month in second tube. Both tubes are stored in freezer till they are shipped together to us. This way the comparison is better and gender planning can be effective.
FURTHER EXPLANATION AND DETAILS ABOUT OUR HYPOTHESIS::
It is known that men have 50-50% mixed suspension of X- and Y-chromosome-bearing sperms which actually ‘determine' the gender. However, if everything is done by sperms then we should have at least 100 kids. Our hypothesis is that release of egg and its environment have a role in influencing the expression of sex chromosomes and consequently the viability of the fetus. In other words, it is the uterine environment which decides whether a fetus will continue to term or not.
We have developed colored methods to identify two environments. We further observed that when conception occurs with one type, say "Positive", it is much more likely to yield a viable male fetus, while the other type, "Negative," is more likely to yield a viable female fetus. As such, we test at least two mid cycle urine samples in order to determine the type of environment. (Please note, we are not talking about positive or negative ‘electronic charges’ as touted by others)
This leaves us with four possibilities or combinations as follows:
| Combination |
Reproductive Environment |
Sperm |
Genetical form |
Physical form |
Outcome |
| 1 |
Positive |
Y |
Boy |
Boy |
Healthy and viable boy |
| 2 |
Positive |
X |
Girl |
'Boyish' girl |
Around 80% of such combinations are naturally miscarried. (i.e. Only 20% of such girls mature to term). |
| 3 |
Negative |
Y |
Boy |
'Girlish' boy |
Around 80% of such combinations are naturally miscarried. (i.e. Only 20% of such boys mature to term) |
| 4 |
Negative |
X |
Girl |
Girl |
Healthy and viable girl |
Explanation of the table:
Combination 1. If an egg in "Positive" environment is fertilized by a Y chromosome bearing sperm, it is a perfect combination. The needed sexual transformation to a boy will occur properly. This fetus would complete its term and would be delivered as a healthy boy.
Combination 2. If an egg in "Positive" environment is fertilized by an X chromosome bearing sperm, genetically it is a girl but due to incompatibility, there is about 80% chance that it would be dissolved or naturally miscarried at a later stage. Such a girl, if delivered, would likely show aggressive traits and will become good manager, politician or athelete etc.
Combination 3. If an egg in "Negative" environment is fertilized by a Y chromosome bearing sperm, genetically it should be a boy but due to incompatibility, there is about 80% chance that it would be dissolved or naturally miscarried at a later stage. Such a boy, if delivered, would be relatively less aggressive in nature than a boy of Combination 1.
Combination 4. If an egg in "Negative" environment is fertilized by an X chromosome bearing sperm, it is a perfect combination. This fetus would complete its term and would be delivered as a healthy girl.
Thus, if one can know the type of reproductive environment in a particular ovulation cycle, the chances of conceiving a desired gender can be as high as 80%. In simple words, if a couple wishes to plan for a baby girl, they should try conception in a month when the environment is negative (i.e. deficient in the required biochemical environment). Similarly, if a couple wish to plan for a baby boy, they should try conception in a month when the environment is positive (i.e. rich in the required biochemical environment).
In most of women, the reproductive environment should alternate in each cycle. We find this by testing two consecutive midcycle urine samples. This is helping women to focus on conception in a specific months and surprisingly they are getting babies of their desired gender.
If more positives are observed, not much can be done to change this pattern. If more negatives are seen, the pattern can possibly be normalized through diet and exercise, in which case additional tests may be needed. The link between maternal diet and exercise has been observed in a study by Fiona Mathews, Paul J. Johnson, and Andrew Neil, called "You are what your mother eats: evidence for maternal preconception diet influencing foetal sex in humans." The Study used data from 740 British women who were unaware of their fetus’s gender. In 56% of women, the highest third of preconceptional energy intake bore boys, compared with 45% in the lowest third. The study claims that dietary changes may therefore explain the falling proportion of male births in industrialized countries. This study combined with our observation leads us to believe that perhaps vegetarian, overweight, and/or bulky women tend to yield more negative eggs in a year and as a result have more girls, whereas slim and/or non-vegetarian women tend to have more positive eggs in a year and have more boys. As such, dietary changes may change the pattern of the maternal cycles. To read the research article, please copy and paste the following link: http://img.mediaspanonline.com/5899/2599220.pdf
HOW TO COLLECT SAMPLES FOR THE PRE-CONCEPTION TEST
Upon receiving order, we ship a package containing the follwing items:
- A copy of "Customer Agreement & Report Card"
- Two 30 ml sample collection tube with a boric acid preservative tablet in it. (Customers outside USA will receive two preservative tablets only. They should have these tablet handy before collecting sample. They can buy urine sample collection bottles from local pharmacy and add one tablet to each bottle before collecting sample. Mail these bottles to us.)
- A bubble wrap envelop which also works as sample absorber in case sample leaks during transportation.
- One ziploc bag.
- A diagnostic sample mailing bag with airway bill pasted on it.
- You will need three items from home: a disposable plastic spoon, a disposable cup and a piece of aluminum foil.
First: Carefully read the FAQ and brochure from the website and / or call us at 313-574-7500 for clarification.
Second: Fill out the 'Customer Agreement & Report Card'. It is important that this form is completely filled out and the woman should sign it. The address must be written clearly, otherwise the report will be delayed. If paid by credit card, the card holder or any close relative must also sign to authorize the transaction.
Third: Customers from outside USA should sign the airbill as sender. Keep the first copy for your records.
CAUTION: PLEASE DO NOT LET CHILDREN PLAY WITH ANY ITEM OF THE PACKAGE AS IT MAY CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES WHICH MAY BE DANGEROUS. PLEASE ARRANGE FOR GLOVES, IF NEEDED.
For the purpose of this test, a menstrual cycle is from start to start and we need only one day’s sample. If you are taking some medicines, it would better to take them after collecting the sample.
Women with a regular 26 -30 day menstrual cycle:
1. Find the date of start of previous menstrual cycle, add 13 days to it and collect midstream early morning urine sample on that day. Pick-up two teaspoonfuls and drop in one of sample collection tube. Please ensure that the boric acid preservative tablet remains in the sample collection tube.
2. Cap the tube and wrap it with aluminum foil, place it in a zip lock bag, seal it and store in freezer. Whenever you go to bathroom next time, collect additional two teaspoonfuls in the same tube, wrap it with foil again, seal it in the same zip lock bag and store in freezer.
3. Let it remain there until next month. (if any of family members mind the sample in freezer, you may remove the tube after two hours of freezing and store in a closet at room temperature)
4. In the following month, collect sample as above in the second tube and store in freezer for at least two hours. Now you are ready to ship. make sure both the bottles have date of sample collection on them. Enclose bottles in separate ziplock bags, place both of them in the yellow bubble wrap provided, seal it and place this bag inlarge UPS or Fedex bag provided. Place the customer agreement form, any money order (if not paid) in it. Seal it by removing adhesive tape and drop in UPS or fedex box.
We provide you with our report via phone or email within 1 business days of the day we receive the sample. Please call us at 313 574 7500. As a policy, we do not call anyone.
Women with irregular menstrual cycles:
You will need to buy ovulation prediction kits (OPKs) from local pharmacy. Collect samples as above when that kit shows positive result.
